Complain policy

The most important thing regarding complaints and trying to prevent them, is a good communication with the parents. Often complaints arise through feelings of unease and a feeling of not being heard. The Curious Kids complaints policy has been drawn up with this in mind. The main purpose of the Curious Kids complaints policy is providing an unambiguous registration, settlement and analysis of the complaints and the prevention thereof. Curious Kids uses an internal and external complaints procedure.

‘De Geschillencommisie’ is an external complaints that can help you with all the complaints, when it internally (with our daycare) is not to regulate longer. Curious Kids has joined with all locations in this independent complaints that serves a large number of organizations.
